Does anyone have any info on Idaho Nation Lotto and Casino in Windsor Canada?

I received mail saying I won 50,000$ two weeks ago. I called the number and they did not ask any personal info and told me I would receive a certified check in the mail. I searched the web for that Corp. and found nothing. I was supposed to receive my check today and called and was told to expect it tomorrow or Monday, again they asked for nothing? Scam or not?
